<h2>SHIPPING POLICY</h2>
<p>Nettie's Nah Joke Hot Peppersauce Inc. ships within Canada only.</p>
<h3>Shipping rates</h3>
<p>Standard shipping is a flat <strong>$8.00 CAD</strong> on orders under $70.00.</p>
<p>Orders of <strong>$70.00 CAD or more ship free</strong>. A six pack reaches this amount, so six bottles or more always ship free.</p>
<p>Rates are calculated at checkout and are shown before you pay. All prices are in Canadian dollars.</p>
<h3>Where we ship</h3>
<p>We currently ship to addresses in Canada only. We are not able to ship internationally at this time. If you are outside Canada and would like to order, please contact us at <a href="mailto:nettie@nahjoke.com">nettie@nahjoke.com</a>.</p>
<h3>Processing and delivery</h3>
<p>Every order is packed by hand in small batches and usually arrives within <strong>3 to 5 business days</strong> anywhere in Canada. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.</p>
<p>Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Shipment costs and dates are subject to change from the costs and dates quoted due to unforeseen circumstances, including carrier delays and weather.</p>
<p>If your order has not arrived when you expected it, contact us at <a href="mailto:nettie@nahjoke.com">nettie@nahjoke.com</a> and we will look into it for you.</p>
<h3>Incorrect addresses</h3>
<p>Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment, and additional shipping charges may apply.</p>
<h3>Damaged or missing orders</h3>
<p>If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact us at <a href="mailto:nettie@nahjoke.com">nettie@nahjoke.com</a> within ten (10) business days of the expected delivery date, with photographs where the goods are damaged. Where the fault is ours we will bear the shipping and handling charges for re-shipping. See our Return Policy for the full procedure.</p>
<h3>Storage on arrival</h3>
<p>Our sauces are made fresh in small batches with no preservatives. Shake well before use, and refrigerate after opening.</p>
