From Nettie's Kitchen, Since 2013
Nettie's Nah Joke Hot Peppersauce began with a bountiful harvest from a few hot pepper plants in a kitchen garden, and the memory of watching her mother make sauce, fresh and by hand.
Not one to waste, and with a love for cooking with fresh natural ingredients, Nettie made her first batch that year. Over a decade of fine-tuning later, the recipe has grown into four deliciously hot and delightful flavours, still made in small batches, still preservative free.
Every bottle is still made the way that first batch was: fresh, by hand, in small batches, with organically grown hot peppers and nothing artificial. That is the whole standard, and it has not moved since 2013.
